Workshop with the Network of Associations of Spanish Researchers Abroad

On Wednesday, 19th of March, Oficina C´s four officers gave a three-hour virtual workshop to 20 members of the Network of Associations of Spanish Scientists Abroad (RAICEX, by its Spanish initials), which brings together various associations of Spanish scientists who live outside of Spain.

Participants worked with a selection of articles on a relevant topic from parliamentary to scientific fields. From these guided discussions, they evaluated the quality of the sources, identified key points and defined how best to present information in a clear and relevant manner.

The workshop participants consisted of scientific associations from countries such as the United States, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Brazil, Switzerland and the Baltic countries.

This workshop, part of Oficina C´s awareness-raising work, aimed to train participants in the evaluation, synthesis, and communication of scientific knowledge to inform parliamentary work.
