Conference: "Scientific advice to policymakers: the changing European landscape"

Turín (Italia)We take part in a conference at the University of Turin on scientific advice in Europe, alongside representatives from other European institutions.
From Thursday, 7th to Friday, 8th November, the Luigi Einaudi Campus at the University of Turin (Italy) hosted the conference Science Advice to Policymakers: The Changing European Landscape. This international event explored the role of scientific advice in regulation and public policy by bringing together academics from various countries and European institutions.
The head of Oficina C at FECYT participated in the second session on Friday, 8th, titled Science Advice Systems in Europe. She joined representatives from the UK Parliament, German Parliament, and European Commission in a discussion about scientific advisory systems across Europe.
These efforts enable Oficina C to share perspectives, inspire similar initiatives in other countries, and contribute to the strengthening of science-for-policy models across Europe.
