On the 15th and 16th of May, the EPTA network's annual meeting of directors took place in Girona, hosted by the Catalan Parliament's Advisory Council for Science and Technology (Consell Assessor del Parlament sobre Ciència I Tecnologia - CAPCIT), which currently holds the presidency of the network.

During the meeting, the discussion revolved around water scarcity as one of the most critical scientific-technological challenges.
